We are very gluten conscious. All our sauces and dressings are made in house and gluten free. We also offer gluten free pasta upon request. All our pork is 100% Kurobuta Pork (Berkshire) sourced from a Co-op of farms in Northwest Iowa that I have visited. Our steaks and chicken are fresh and locally sourced from Keller's Meats. Our desserts are made by Pastry Chef Robert Bethke. We make our pork sausage and meatballs from all heritage breed meat (Kurobuta Pork & Local Wagyu Beef).
